2. “Psychotherapist of the European Register” — how to check?
Irina Kozlova claims to have a European Certificate of Psychotherapist (ECP), obtained in 2004 through the “Grandfathering” procedure — recognition of distinguished specialists without a standard exam.
What is EAP/ECP
The European Association of Psychotherapy (EAP, Vienna) issues ECP — European Certificate in Psychotherapy.The registry exists:ecp.europsyche.org.There is a search by last name and country.
Verification problems
- There is not a single link from Kozlova’s website directly to her entry in the EAP registry.
- ECP requires confirmation every 5 years (CPD).The 2004 certificate could have expired long ago.

- No responsibility for the result— “We sold you video recordings, but did not cure you.”
In essence: using OKVED 47.91, they legally sell not “training” or “treatment”, but a “digital product” — like a game skin or an e-book.If it doesn’t help, the buyer has almost no legal protection.
4. Scheme of two legal entities: legal or not?
In the case of Irina Kozlova, the business is divided into two parts:
- Kozlova— self-employed (tax 4–6%), generates content, income limit ≈2.4 million ₽/year.
- IP Belosludtseva(presumably daughter) — accepts payments through reikitravel.ru, conducts calculations;exceeding the self-employed limit goes through it.
